Radionics, both in theory and practice changed dramatically with the introduction of computerization. More than ever before, the computer brought home the notion that Information becomes Energy (I>E) once it enters the brain and nervous system. Within a few decades, the whole civilized world was using computers like radionics devices, electronically moving energy around the world with information.

A few modern Radionics inventors were quick to respond to this irony. They designed radionics devices using computer processors and theory in an attempt to re-cast Radionics in a fresh and positive new light. In one brilliant stroke, much of the voodoo and mystery surrounding ‘Black Box’ technology was rendered irrelevant as people picked up their PCs and Macs and proceeded to create a new ‘virtual’ reality. ‘Cyberspace’ as it turned out, had much in common with the 19th C. ‘Aether’. No longer did it seem so implausible that individuals directing their intent into a box of electronic circuitry could create magic.

No one can blame the new Radionics inventors for distancing themselves from past controversy. Information science encouraged a far broader approach to the integration of neurology, semiotics, data processing, electronics and many other fields of study than ever before, which came to be know as ‘cognitive neuro-science’. The widespread use of mind-altering drugs by a new generation, the growing public fascination with mystical and shamanistic studies, and the rapid development of the world-wide-web brought a profound open mindedness to millions if not billions of curious ordinary people. Instinctively, as if in response to these developments, Radionics began to morph into a more socially conscious form. The new computerized devices addressed ecological concerns; they challenged New Age idealists to demonstrate scientific protocol; they put agricultural radionics back into full view on the home and farm.

Radionics in the guise of computer electronics took different forms. One approach was to present it as similar to a bio-feedback tuning device. As one manufacturer put it “In December of 1996 the world's first computerized, auto-tuning frequency inversion device (CATFID) became available. It automatically identifies and eliminates abnormal electromagnetic waves in whoever (humans or animals) it is attached to…… Moreover, it is not a radionic device but an adaptive biofeedback type unit which monitors and responds to ongoing changes in the user every 200 millionths of a second….., it is not a radionic device and no ability or operator input is required. It operates entirely on conventional (battery) energies and its' operations and effects can be observed on an oscilloscope and thus it can be (and is) employed in very conservative clinical settings where it can be represented simply as a pain relief device as it is very effective as such even though it actually does much more……It may be used alone but is compatible with all types of radionic treatment. When both are used the effect is to boost the rate of change and success.”

Fortunately, less ambiguous technology was in development. In 1986 Dr. Willard Frank, American physicist, electro-engineer and inventor developed what may be the first computerized radionic device. It was originally called the ‘SE-5 Intrinsic Data Field Analyzer’, but was updated in 1998 and is now know as the SE-5 plus or just SE-5. Interestingly, the SE-5 was not originally labeled a Radionics instrument. By definition, the SE-5 is used for the analyzing and balancing of what the inventor calls Intrinsic Data Fields (IDF).

The concept of IDF has become accepted by many today as a new, informational way of viewing radionics. Nor is the SE-5 used primarily for medicine, it is so versatile, it is now used in mining, agriculture, business, and in many other ways. One group in Germany, The Institute for Resonance Therapy, has given us some insight into this process.

“The Institute for Resonance Therapy (IRT) began in 1986 by Dr. Marion Graefin Hoensbroech. Their primary area of experimentation has been in the area of restoring forests in Germany and surrounding countries. They have done many double-blind studies which shows the beneficial effect of the SE-5. When they first began, they were using radionic equipment of almost every type and design. In 1987, ProNova Energetiks, a company that is representing the SE-5 plus in Germany demonstrated the instrument for them. After a demonstration of the SE-5, someone commented, “You are driving Cadillacs, and we are driving around in old Model Ts.” They promptly put their radionic instruments into the closet and purchased seven SE-5s. They realized the differences between Radionics, and the superiority of the SE-5. They now use 14 SE-5s in their work.

“Newer [radionic] methods do not focus as much on getting rid of pests, but in building the soil, seeds and plants so that the plants are healthy and strong. It has been observed that healthy plants do not have the attractors to attract pests. It would appear that pests are actually a beneficial factor in the life cycle by eating up and destroying plants that are genetically weak. In the big picture nature has a self weeding process to ensure the survival of the fittest.

“The methods developed by the IRT have demonstrated this point. They have determined that the introduction of pollution and chemical toxins from pesticides, herbicides, and other toxic waste is stressing the forest’s ability to adapt to change. Under normal conditions, the trees would adapt and integrate a change in hundreds to thousands of years. Now some forests are dealing with new compounds almost daily which makes adaptation nearly impossible. It would seem that forests with high vitality are able to adapt faster to the new information input of these compounds, and those of a lower vitality become sick and are die off. The ecosystem sends out a signal and through the process known in quantum physics as a subtle attractor, normally receives an answer and begins the adaptation. Now with the rapid changes, no signals are being returned.

“The process of the Resonance Therapy reintroduces a new organizing informational field that recreates the possibility for the entire system to adapt and reorganize itself again. That does not mean that we can continue polluting our environment as we have up until now, because the reorganizing ability of the ecosystem will soon become exhausted. Organizing patterns of IDF [Intrinsic Data Fields] can only be offered to the system but it is within the system itself that must bring this new input into manifestation. Further, this information must be repeated as the system begins to accept the new pattern and adapt to the healthy informational structure.

“According to Mandelbrot, the self repetition of a simple structure is the basis for many forms and complex structures in nature. Mandelbrot shows that through continuous repetition of a simple mathematical formula, complex forms of nature can be generated.

“Here you can recognize the principal that the order of the entire whole can be rediscovered in the simple, basic parts of itself. These mathematical formulas (fractals) contain a high level of information and are strong IDF resonators.

“Beginning with a topographical map or aerial photograph of the area of interest, the IRT then makes an outline of the specific treatment area.

“With the help of scanners, they digitize the information and plot it into the computer as a mathematical formula (fractal). The image is then manipulated in the computer to find the CRP (Critical Rotation Point) in the tradition of Abrams and De La Warr. Under the guidance of the local forest service, the IRT then begins to determine how large the surrounding area is, of which the forest is a part. In other words, the entire ecosystem must be treated as a whole in order to have success with the part (the forest).

“After the appropriate IDF resonators have been determined by using the SE-5, they begin the balancing sessions. Presently the IRT is using 14 SE-5s, each equipped with a personal computer to balance the many projects they are working on. Two people monitor the results and determine the balancing sessions which normally run for two to four hours a day, five days a week. By constant monitoring it is being determined how long to balance the ecosystem and when to pause in the balancing to give time for the system to integrate the new information.

“Detailed physical examination of foliage growth, new root development, the forest floor, leaf analysis, light measurements and tests of control trees in the surrounding area are done twice yearly. With the heavy burdens of our present pollution, forests usually need about three years of balancing before it is able to renew its self regulation processes again. The results of the balancing show themselves on many levels, i.e., the increase of humus on the ground, an increase of the number of plant species in the forest, better food supply for the trees, and increase of leaf mass. Interestingly, the animals in the area seem to sense the balancing and seek out food and nesting in the areas that are being balanced.

“Another experiment that they carried out, was by done by taking a picture of one group of trees in a forest, and then sending IDFs to only this group. They monitored these trees for three years. They used a light meter and walked under the trees each year to see how much light was blocked by the tree’s leaves. The second year was a drought year, but as you can see from the chart in Fig. 6.7, the ‘SE-5’ trees were still improving, getting more leaves each year. To make the test even more difficult, the SE-5 trees started out in worse shape than the ‘normal’ trees. The normal trees had a huge decrease the second year and let through much more light. This is attributed to the drought. The third year, the ‘normal’ trees improved over the drought year, but were still in worse shape than the first year. The ‘SE-5’ trees steadily improved over each year. They have done many such studies and now government agencies from several different countries are now hiring the IRT to use the SE-5 on their forests.

“Distance Balancing Experiment: The IRT continues research in Germany, Austria, Russia, Czechoslovakia, and elsewhere. Many projects are forty thousand hectares or more. The most important aspect of this research is that we realize we must stop the deterioration of our ecosystem!”

Today, in an article titled “An introduction to RESONANCE THERAPY”
Dr. Franz Lutz, the Director of IRT and Matthew Cross, President of Leadership Alliance share something of their new theory and “language” of Radionics.

“IRT's work begins with the simple premise that ‘A forest is a complex and self-organizing whole. This whole is far greater than the sum of its parts...... The process should not simply be effective, it should also be subject to monitoring, reproduction and explanation, enabling it to be passed on to others…

“Individual plants in an ecosystem communicate through "resonance" with the whole. The blueprint for the system is contained in an "attractor" (from Chaos theory); in times of accelerated change or stress, the system's attractor may no longer contain sufficient information for the system to continue to adapt, survive and evolve. This resonance (level and quality of communication) can be intuitively sensed by a treatment technician, working remotely with an aerial photograph or map (called a "resonator") of the area to be treated. Low resonance levels (as inter-subjectively measured using the Bovis scale; see The Secret Life of Plants, Tompkins & Bird, 1973) indicate compromised health of the bioregion. IRT technicians then provide various solutions for the ecosystem to heal itself through the introduction of "informators," which are fractals or symbols that contain information about the fundamental structure of nature, and "transformators," which are fractals or symbols that contain quantum information that raises the organizational level of the ecosystem.

After a customized treatment course, the system develops a new compatible attractor and returns naturally to a state of health and vitality.”
Another writer, Paul Von Ward, describes the Institute’s use of computerized radionics in a similar way: “For the last ten years, the Institute has taken ecosystems, especially woodland areas, forests and agricultural land, and applied its brand of resonance therapy. Private individuals and government officials have been satisfied that the distant application of various patterns and ideas by Institute therapists to photos (called "resonators") of the affected areas results in improvement in the health of these natural systems. In most instances the therapists use various devices alleged to strengthen the transmissions of their healing thoughts to the sickly areas. They follow a routine of specific schedules, mentally projecting intuitively determined patterns/pictures (called "informators") onto the site photos. The informators are selected to suggest potential fields to the consciousness of the plants, providing patterns to which they can respond. The process is much like an individual's visualization of a healthy organ in a self-healing meditation.
“In the Institute's procedure; the ill forest, like the sick organ, is sent an energized set of more complete pattern to bring its own morphic field into resonance with health. In practical terms, atrophied root systems reach farther out for water, latent vegetation sprouts, and soil activity increases. In effect, natural regeneration is stimulated. (In an example of the interspecies nature of the dynamics, wild animals are reported to have sought out the treated areas, even before the external changes were self-evident, in preference to areas not receiving the telepathically sent energies.)
“Although the therapists at the Institute use various aids to strengthen the force of their own mental/subtle energy "sendings," and take advantage of symbolic patterns (fractals, crop circles, and others) to provide ready made reference points, the key element seems to be simply the expression of conscious healing intent by the therapists. While it is currently impossible to calculate the amount of impact one individual can have in a given amount of time, the Institute is developing data that will enable us to gain an understanding of the parameters of the power of the human mind in this process of co-creation.”

As to the design improvements of these new instruments, Lutz has this to add. “As with most radionic instruments, the SE-5 plus uses a ‘stick plate’ as a detector. This is not the usual rubber membrane, but a thin piece of circuit board material over geometric designs and scalar antennas underneath which fine tune and amplify the scalar informational fields, or IDFs.

“Through the use of the computer, knobs are not necessary to dial in the ‘Tunings’ but rather one can easily type them into the small pocket computer on the instrument. Working with the much simpler analysis method, the time to find the ‘Tunings’ is greatly reduced. The number of usable ‘Tunings’ has now reached over 17,000.”

Of interest here is the idea that one set of fractals and symbols are used as information templates that are said to contain information about the “fundamental structure of nature” and another to “quantum information that raises the organizational level of the ecosystem.” Each set is used in the design of the device to automatically “fine tune and amplify” what are called “scalar information fields (IDF). Think of scalar fields as being what Dr Harold Saxton Burr called “Life Fields” in the 1950’s or what Dr. Rupert Sheldrake calls “Morphogenetic Fields” today.

Also consider the definition of scalar field as it appears in the Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
“In mathematics and physics, a scalar field associates a scalar value, which can be either mathematical in definition, or physical, to every point in space. Scalar fields are often used in physics, for instance to indicate the temperature distribution throughout space, or the air pressure. In mathematics, or more specifically, differential geometry, the set of functions defined on a manifold define the communicative ring of functions.

Just as the concept of a scalar in mathematics is identical to the concept of a scalar in physics, so also the scalar field defined in differential geometry is identical to, in the abstract, to the (un-quantized) scalar fields of physics.”

Also consider the introduction to scalar theory from the same source:

“In theoretical physics, scalar field theory can refer to a classical or quantum theory of scalar fields. Such a field is distinguished by its invariance under a Lorentz transformation, hence the name "scalar", in contrast to a vector or tensor field. The quanta of the quantized scalar field are spin-zero particles, and as such are bosons.

No fundamental scalar fields have been observed in nature, though the Higgs boson may yet prove the first example. However, scalar fields certainly do appear in the effective field theory descriptions of many physical phenomena. Because of the relative simplicity of the mathematics involved, scalar fields are often the first field introduced to a student of classical or quantum field theory.”

Essentially, the inventors and practitioners of the SE-5 are drawing on mathematical and physics language that describe an invisible substrate to physical reality, partially analogous to the geometry of form but composed of a field structure as found on the quantum level. In point of fact, the way “scalar” is used in describing the radionic function of the SE-5 is more of a metaphor than a scientific description. As metaphor, the use of pattern like fractals or more specifically Crop Circles places the SE-5 in the category of a semiotic device. In the semiotic sense, the information contained in the symbol acts like a signal, triggering a reaction in the witness to restore it to balance.

By so doing, the operator establishes a feedback loop with the forest or whatever is being treated (the Object) through acting upon the witness in the SE-5 (the Representamen), which the operator (the Interpretant) continues to monitor and re-enforce with his intent throughout the length of the treatment. This process can be described very clearly through the use of the Peircean Semiotic (for Charles Sanders Peirce), otherwise called the Peircean Triad. It should be noted that the Peircean Semiotic has been developed extensively by aero-space manufacturers such as Lockheed Martin for scientifically incorporating consciousness into design protocols.

As the computerized radionics manufacturers struggle to find new languages with which to present their technology, it is interesting to note how these radionics computers tend to fall exactly between scientific semiotics and art. Designs, symbols, geometries all become an expression of a shamanistic, informational motive force, Information changing into Energy (I>E).

The Quantec Device: Twenty-first Century computerized radionics owes a lot to Peter von Buengner, the founder of M-TEC AG, a German company currently manufacturing the Quantec radionic software and technology. With Quantec Mr. Buengner has integrated a radionic philosophy with a hardware/software package that can be used with a commercially made computer for health, agriculture and environmental re-certification applications.

Buengner has relied heavily in his radionic design philosophy upon research conducted at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) laboratory at Princeton University.

PEAR, under the guidance of Robert G. Jahn, Dean of the University’s Department for Engineers and Applied Scientists, Brenda J. Dunne, Manager of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Department and Roger Nelson, Director of the Global Consciousness Project (GCP), PEAR has accomplished significant work on the topic of “mind-machine-interaction” since the late 1970s using scientific methodologies.

Beginning in the late 1980s, they began employing diode white noise generators, (used in the fashion of a Galton Board), to illustrate whether directed intent could alter the normal statistical distribution of a Gaussian Bell curve of many binary events being randomly generated over time.

A binary event takes place when only two reactions are possible, yes or no, 0 or 1, etc. Should the bell curve of the average statistical distribution vary as a result of some mental pressure causing that distribution to shift significantly over a long period of testing, then one would be inclined to interpret such deviations as indicative of an influence of consciousness upon the outcome, and therefore upon the generator itself.

The pattern of deviations from normal collected by the PEAR researchers covered years of statistical research and numerous refinements of procedure. The results were published in the late 1980s, ultimately in book form as THE ROLE OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD. While this serious and revolutionary study demands careful study by the interested researcher, we will only discuss here the study’s impact upon von Buengner’s radionic innovations.

The PEAR study indicated that distance between the test person and the white noise, Galton Board diode set up (also called random-event generators) had no significant effect upon the results. This observation reinforced what Radionics inventors had been claiming for decades.

While the overall results of individual test subject’s influence upon the generators varied significantly, (with the majority not achieving statistically relevant deviations), taken as a group, clear deviations were statistically evident through time.

At first blush the PEAR researches into the human psychokinetic (PK) potential appear to support the empirical results of radionic research. Von Buengner, in his book PHYSICS AND DREAMTIME he quotes Jahn and Dunne (P.273 MARGINS OF REALITY)*, about their conviction that human consciousness can interact with physical systems under certain conditions.

One condition Jahn and Dunne emphasize is what they call “…..a ’proximity’ in consciousness co-ordinates, to the PK task (‘feeling close’); a reduction of the body-centeredness of the consciousness; and a relaxation of high-precision analytical thought processes in favor of more broadly ranging, but nonetheless intense, diffuse-focus modes, respectively, all of which seem consistent with the reported strategies of many of our successful operators.”

The state of mental preparation which Jahn and Dunne describe as enhancing the potential for success in altering the outcome of the random event generators is consistent with that employed by successful dowsers and radionic practitioners. In other words, energy must be freed up in the psyche and directed to influence the outcome of the generator. This description also fits the model of the Peircean Semiotic, where the link between the Object, the white noise generator, become fused with the intent of the person seeking to influence the generator; becomes fused with the Representamen, to produce a future benefit for the Interpretant; in this instance Jahn and Dunne. The PK energy necessary to accomplish the shift away from random generation, according to some models, would be derived from energy liberated by the semiotic transaction in the brain, perhaps at the nerve synapse junctions, minute Casimir Effect thresholds. The Casimir Effect demonstrates the existence of huge amounts of energy, termed Zero Point Energy (ZPE) available throughout the vacuum of space. ZPE has become a favorite form of nomenclature for scientists describing subtle energy.

It was von Buengner’s fascination with the radionic potential of the white noise random generator, supported in theory by the PEAR findings that led him to design his Quantec technology. While his radionic designs remain proprietary and the studies which substantiate his theories mentioned in his book PHYSICS AND DREAMTIME were not available to me, nevertheless certain clues to his design intent are to be found among his published writings.

Any way you look at it, the jump from the PEAR studies into QUANTEC is a big one. The best perspective on this is provided by von Buengner himself on pages 144 and 145 of PHYSICS AND DREAMTIME:

“Jahn and Dunne now come to the conclusion that if random generators can produce results without any mechanical influence which deviate from the expected normal distribution which can be precisely mathematically calculated another factor must have been involved that caused this. Since, in addition, the operators who were able to influence the clearest deviations required, were those who had indicated in the test protocol that they had projected themselves mentally into the computer, incorporated the computer into their ‘mental field’ or similar. Jahn and Dunne propose in their study that it is the human spirit that is a factor that must have created these values that deviate from the norm.”

Von Buengner then states that the human mind’s ability to influence matter, indirectly, through the distribution of random noise as tabulated by a connected computer gave him the idea for developing a computer program. This program, Syntec, controlled a visualized Galton Board on the computer screen. Syntec provides the ability for von Buengner to “form the basis for testing whether the human mind could influence matter in the form of a computer.” This development, he adds, was followed by unspecified tests performed in various settings, including the University of Freiburg, in Germany. “The initial evaluations of the results have shown that the PC must meet certain technical conditions to allow it to be influenced by the human mind.”

What these technical conditions are von Buengner doesn’t say. As computers are literally filled with noise, with each connection and solder joint making its own respective contribution, the computer may well have been too diffuse a “target” for such a PK task. He does add that when Syntec was coupled with “…A programmed random generator in the PC…The results show that the…” (Now independent) “…diode is absolutely essential. When radionic devices are designed to work with PCs, it is therefore essential that this fact be taken into consideration!”

Von Buengner asks us to envision a new type of radionic device emerging from a computer program. The program is designed to carry out high speed radionic analysis by linking the operator’s intent to a diode “target”. Von Buengner: “….the diode with the whitish noise is able to influence coincidental events in such a way that the result is no longer coincidental, depending on the will of the person who is mentally ‘controlling’ the random generator. In this context, we can no longer talk about random generators….but generators.” (Meaning, I assume, generators slaved to will power or intent.)

Like the Pear generators, the von Buengner generators take thousands of binary events to show significant statistical deviation. What is different from the PEAR protocols, is that von Buengner’s operators were asked to not only to target “+” or “—“binary decisions, but to think of nothing at all, or neither “plus” or “minus”. This expansion of the baseline demonstrated to von Buengner over time that when a person was asked to “not” influence the random distribution of the test in any way, they generated a pattern that was uniquely their own. This unique pattern is for von Buengner, for all intensive purposes, a radionic “witness” as good as any DNA!

Von Buengner: “The generator therefore knew who was connected with it and not thinking about anything!!!”

It was therefore both possible and practical to establish a purely psychic link between the computer and the mind of the person being treated radionically, from which the computer would be slaved to the radionic intent of the operator, like a direct feed!

Von Buengner had now made the leap from the large wood radionic boxes of yesteryear with their big dials and messy input wells filled with blood or hair or photographic “witnesses” into a streamlined21st C. ‘package’ which met the aesthetic and functional needs of the computer age.

Von Buengner: “In the development of my own radionic device, this was the deciding thought: the generator reacts to the presence (physical and/or spiritual) of people, and, as was proved in later series of tests, to animals, plants, and even stones, houses, etc.”

What now might occur, asked von Buengner, if instead of the white noise diode being asked to choose between only a “+” or “—“ value, it was asked to choose between thousands of possibilities? And of these thousands of possibilities, could they include all the radionic rates, homeopathic remedies, acupuncture points and every other form of energetic data capable of being entered into a computer? “Would,” von Buengner wondered, “the generator again search out what was characteristic for the person involved?”

Apparently it would, because today von Buengner states his Quantec radionic equipment and software are enjoying world-wide use in a wide variety of applications. He states: “….precisely the dose that was related to the patient’s current situation was produced from the relevant databases via the generator. The reliability with which this happened was stunning and shows that a device has actually been successfully developed which is capable of independently discovering problem areas within a few minutes.”

Neither is it necessary to be anywhere nearby the Quantec to derive benefiting from it. A digital picture of the patient or whatever is being treated can be scanned into an individual file in the computer. Von Buengner’s software enables the Quantec operator to quickly derive a diagnosis and treatment schedule, and then print a report. At the required intervals, the computer can automatically call up the picture and treat it with the pre-determined rates.

For environmental radionic treatments, von Buengner provides an external component. It is made up of a glass triangle with three discs of rose quartz attached to the points. A golden metallic clip is fixed to a portion of the glass triangle on the top. The computer can transmit whatever “frequencies and oscillations” the operator deems necessary to whatever is placed upon the golden clip, at any distance. The triangular assembly acts as a surrogate radionic Interpretant that can be imbedded in its surroundings.

One instance von Buengner describes in his literature, a similar device is floated upon a small pond contaminated by toxic runoff of nearby roads. The floating radionic detector monitors minute to minute diagnostic details of the chemistry and life-force characteristics of the pond. In turn, the operator can radionically adjust his treatment protocols from the computer to continually enhance and support the environmental re-constitution of the damaged pond. Successes in projects of this kind are what enable von Buengner to lay claim to the environmental efficacy of his Quantec radionic system.

From what I can gather, Quantec appears to be an automated radionic therapeutic device (now termed ‘instrumental bio-communication device’), triggered by the intent of the therapist, in the tradition of Darrell Butcher, but calibrated in ways similar to other Radionics machines. The ease of execution of previously complex and time consuming radionic procedures makes Quantec a dream come true for the practitioner of radionic skills. The implication of the technology is that the self-adjusting nature of the system also bypasses the danger of incorrect diagnosis and treatment by non- medical professionals. If true, this feature alone would be of tremendous merit. Much of the danger of treating illnesses by persons untrained in medicine would be eliminated, a significant worry in the use of Radionics.

In recent emails, testimonies have been given by horse people of successful treatment of their mounts (see: vonbuengner@m-tec.ag). In my own experience, I have found horse vets capable of suspending judgment of Radionics because it works so well on their large and expensive to hospitalize patients.

Radionic devices and training do not come cheap, and Quantec is the most expensive system I’ve encountered to date. Whether one agrees with von Buengner’s interpretation and use of the PEAR data or not, it is clear that he has developed a marketable radionic system that circumvents many of the pitfalls of earlier radionic application, and by most measures, is enjoying considerable success.

In many ways, even ordinary computers function like radionics devices. Computers open up investment opportunities throughout the world. They enable relationships to flourish in spite of distance. They provide us access to information both within and outside of sanctioned authority. They entertain us and train our minds to think and act quickly.

Historically, radionic devices have used the mind to circumvent self-imposed limitations on our creativity, all be it mainly in the healing arts. When the global reach of an individual computer combines with the cosmic reach of a radionic device, the potential for creative expression grows exponentially. We are witnessing this now, as the German Radionics labs apply their computerized radionic skills to agricultural and environmental objectives.

The final section of the book will examine the potential role of Radionics in acquiring self-knowledge. Radionics is by definition a technology designed for balancing. If we could all find enough balance in our lives, the need for such a technology would disappear. As it is, that is hardly the case today. So what is this seemingly magical technology really all about?
